The other important thing to note is that Office 2016 for Mac only works with OS X 10.10 Yosemite or higher – it does not work with OS X 10.9 Mavericks or lower so make sure you are definitely running OS X 10.10 Yosemite, OS X 10.11 El Capitan, macOS Sierra 10.12 or macOS 10.13 High Sierra before proceeding. If you perform a search in Outlook 2016 for Mac or Outlook for Mac 2011 and receive a No Results message, or your search is unsuccessful using Mac OS built-in Spotlight Search, download and run Outlook Search Repair. This Mac Outlook utility checks for duplicate installations and reindexes Outlook files. I have a user who is having issues with his new Outlook 2016. When we added his profile to Outlook it successfully sync all folders. If he tries to search for specific email he gets a ' No Results' message. I already try adding a new identity. Making sure his identity has no special characters. I also tried following this KB, but is not working.
